Job Description:

Position: Optical Chip Test Engineer

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for formulating and executing test specifications, test methodologies, and test plans for optical chips and modules.
2. Set up reliability test environments or coordinate reliability testing at external laboratories.
3. Collaborate with R&D engineers to conduct failure analysis on defective devices.
4. Work with other departments to establish and improve the chip quality assurance system.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Optoelectronics, Communications, Physics, or related fields.
2. Familiar with industry standards related to optoelectronic device or module testing.
3. Experience in failure analysis of optoelectronic devices is preferred.
4. Understanding of optical module packaging, testing processes, and internal structures.
5. Strong resilience under pressure, proactive attitude, strong execution capability, and teamwork spirit.
6. Possess professionalism, dedication, rigor, pragmatism, and an innovative mindset.
7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, integrity, and a positive, optimistic work attitude.

Job Description:

Position: Silicon Photonics Chip Design Engineer

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1. Primarily responsible for the design and performance optimization of silicon-based photonic devices for the company.
2. Responsible for the development of silicon photonics chips.
3. Prepare relevant design documentation for silicon photonics chips.
4. Set up chip testing environments and collaborate with test engineers to design test plans and analyze data.
5. Cooperate with optical engineers to complete the optical design for photonic device packaging.
6. Validate products and optimize subsequent product iterations.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Photonics, Optics, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant work experience.
2. Familiar with optical testing equipment and capable of independently setting up test environments.
3. Extensive experience in optical device design; experience with tape-out is preferred.
4. Familiar with CMOS-based silicon photonics fabrication processes and design rules.
5. Proficient in using Lumerical or other waveguide optics simulation software.
6. Familiar with the testing procedures and methods for the optical performance of silicon photonic devices, and skilled in operating testing equipment with an understanding of testing principles.
7. Strong ability to work under pressure, proactive attitude, high execution capability, and team spirit.
8. Possess professionalism, dedication, rigor, pragmatism, and an innovative mindset.

Job Description:

Position: Sales Manager/Sales Representative

Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

1. Execute sales strategies to achieve market expansion and sales targets for products.
2. Submit client visit reports, sales opportunity follow-up forms, order progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
3. Develop market expansion roadmaps, identify key development regions (e.g., untapped markets, high-potential emerging markets), or prioritize target client segments (e.g., large enterprises, industry leaders), and formulate tailored expansion plans (e.g., channel partnerships, franchising, direct sales team deployment).
4. Handle major customer complaints and crisis incidents (e.g., product quality disputes, compensation for delivery delays).
5. Prepare sales and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years of sales-related experience, with prior sales management experience in the same or related industry preferred.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving large-scale sales targets, expanding into new markets, or establishing key account references.
4. Excellent business negotiation skills, capable of independently conducting negotiations for high-value orders and key client partnership projects, and managing complex commercial scenarios.
